"Bad Timing Made the Customs Issue Worse"
I probably caught them at a bad time, but the customs paperwork was way more confusing than I expected and my package ended up getting delayed. Support did reply, but it felt slow when I was already stressed about the timing. Overall, not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Pretty disappointing quality"
This felt really cheap and super flimsy right out of the box. I was expecting something a bit sturdier, but it just didn’t feel like it would hold up well...

I was feeling mentally drained waiting on the package, especially with customs taking a little longer than expected. But the box showed up safely in the end, so no real complaints there.

From what I remember, I was just trying to track down a few different lab items and ended up finding more options on labsupplyinternational.com than I expected. Their selection seemed solid, especially for basic supplies, and I recall seeing a few harder-to-find things too.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I remember having to click around a bit to compare items in some categories. It wasn’t a huge issue, though, and I did end up finding what I needed.
"Used to feel like a better value"
I’ve ordered basic lab supplies here before and it used to feel like a decent deal, but this time not so much. The items I got were standard, and the prices felt higher than they should be for what actually arrived. Shipping added even more to the total, so overall it just didn’t feel worth the money this time.

The website was a little frustrating to navigate, and it took me longer than expected to find what I was looking for. Some pages loaded kind of slowly too. That said, the selection seemed decent once I found the right section.

I reached out to sales with a few basic questions before placing an order, but the experience wasn’t great. The replies took a while and didn’t really address what I was asking, so I ended up having to repeat myself. I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, just clearer instructions and straightforward info so I could feel confident moving forward. It kind of felt like I was bothering them, which wasn’t the best first impression

I had to wait longer than I expected to get my quote, and it was a bit frustrating. I would've appreciated a quicker response.

It took them a bit to get back to me, I was starting to wonder if I'd hear from anyone. But in the end they did sort out my warranty issue, so I can't really complain too much

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I was only trying to place a small order, but the checkout process felt more frustrating than it should have. The pages were loading slowly, and at one point I had to type in my shipping info again, which was annoying. The payment did go through eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole time I wasn’t really sure everything was working right. It’s not the worst checkout I’ve used, but compared to others that are just... yeah, this one definitely needs to be smoother.

"Probably won’t be ordering again"
I wasn’t super happy with the whole experience. The order seemed to take longer than I expected, and getting clear updates was kind of a hassle... The items themselves were fine, I guess, but the overall process just didn’t feel worth it to me. Maybe other people have had better luck! But I don’t think I’d order from labsupplyinternational.com again.

My order showed up fine, so no real issue there. The only annoying part was that the tracking was actually slow to update, so I ended up checking with support once just to be sure. Overall not bad, just a little frustrating.

"Fair prices and no weird surprises"
I ended up ordering from Labsupplyinternational after comparing prices with a few other sites, their pricing seemed fair. It wasn’t suspiciously cheap or anything, just reasonable in a way that made me feel comfortable placing the order.
The best part was that nothing weird happened at checkout. The total stayed about where I expected it to be, with no random jump in price at the last second. It was a simple, straightforward experience, and I appreciated that.

I ended up needing a refund after ordering it on a weekday, I think it was Tuesday because I remember checking my bank app during lunch. It took a few days longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but support did reply and they eventually got it sorted. The money came back, so all good in the end. Not the fastest process ever, but it worked out.

"Support Got Me There, Just Not Quickly"
I ordered some lab supplies and everything was mostly fine, but the delivery update part was kind of a hassle. I reached out to customer service, then ended up having to follow up once because it felt like the reply was taking a while. To be fair, when they did get back to me, the answer actually helped, so it wasn’t useless or anything. I just kept thinking, if the response had come sooner, I probably wouldn’t have been checking the tracking and wondering what was going on. Overall, it worked out, but the support side felt a bit slow.

"Backorder situation could’ve been handled better"
I ordered something that seemed like it was in stock, then later got an email saying it was actually backordered. There wasn’t much of a clear timeline, so I had to follow up a couple times just to get an idea of what was going on. Canceling also took longer than I expected. I get that backorders happen, but when you’re ordering lab supplies, timing kind of matters. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
